La ONGD Manos Unidas celebra a lo largo de este fin de semana su ‘Campaña contra el Hambre 2014’, que comienza este viernes, 7 de febrero, con el Día del Ayuno Voluntario, una jornada en la que desde esta asociación se pide un gesto de solidaridad con los 842 millones de personas que pasan hambre en todo el mundo.
La campaña de este año se celebra bajo el lema ‘Un mundo nuevo, proyecto común’, y el programa de actividades programadas en Cehegín a lo largo del fin de semana es el siguiente:
Viernes 7 de febrero, Día de Ayuno Voluntario:
20:00 Horas: Marcha solidaria desde la calle Ginés de Paco. Lectura del manifiesto contra el hambre en el atrio del Convento de San Esteban de los Padres Franciscanos. Seguidamente, Cena del Hambre, en los salones del Convento.
Sábado 8 de febrero:
20:00 Horas: Charla ‘Por una economía más justa y humana”’, a cargo de Bernardo Pérez. Espacio Joven.
Domingo 9 de febrero:
Día Nacional de la Campaña Contra el Hambre de Manos Unidas. Mesa informativa en las tres parroquias de Cehegín.
