(ACI/InfoCatólica) A principios del mes de marzo cerraban las piscinas del Santuario. Este martes como medida preventiva contra la propagación del coronavirus COVID-19 cierra todo el Santuario.
El cierre se ha producido horas después de que el Presidente de la República Francesa, Emmanuele Macron, hablara por televisión a los ciudadanos para anunciar una serie de medidas destinadas a poner fin a los contagios.
El rector del Santuario, P. Olivier Ribadeau Dumas, comunicó, por medio de un mensaje publicado en la red social Twitter, que “por primera vez en su historia, el Santuario cierra sus puertas durante un tiempo”. Además, invitó a continuar las oraciones a través de la página web del Santuario: lourde-france.org
