El presidente de la Conferencia Episcopal envía una carta de felicitación al Rey con motivo de su 75 cumpleaños
El presidente de la Conferencia Episcopal Española (CEE), Antonio María Rouco Varela, ha enviado una carta de felicitación al Rey con motivo de su 75 cumpleaños en la que le expresa que España puede encontrar en sus años de reinado «motivos de inspiración para mirar adelante con fortaleza».
«En un momento lleno de no pocas y serias dificultades de diverso orden, España puede encontrar en los años de Vuestro Reinado motivos de inspiración para mirar adelante con fortaleza», escribe Rouco en la carta enviada al Monarca en nombre de los obispos españoles.
Según ha informado en un comunicado la CEE, en la misiva el también arzobispo de Madrid encomienda a Dios «la salud y la vida» de don Juan Carlos, para que, «en su divina Providencia, lo guarde y guíe para su felicidad y para el bien de España».
